The aim of the current Terms of Use is the unified and detailed regulation relating to the legal relationship between the company, defined in Point 1, and the customer contracting with it for the subject of purchasing the service, described in Point 2, as well as informing the customer preceding the purchase about the detailed regulations of the contracts between the customer and the company as defined by the 45/2014. (II.26.) Gov. decree (hereinafter “Decree”).

Reasoningtestsonline offers test materials, specifically abstract, numerical and verbal reasoning tests that are designed as preparation and practice tools for various exams. We make all reasonable efforts to design our tests in a way to be suitable for assessment tests, exams, however, we do not guarantee that the materials are fit for a certain purpose (e.g. Assessment exams, EPSO tests, etc.) neither that successful performance will be achieved on these exams. Since people use Reasoningtestsonline for a variety of reasons, we can’t guarantee that it will meet your specific needs. You must sign up for an account with us before you use any of our products.
To access free tests or purchase content on the website you will have to register an account on the website. For this, you will need to provide a valid email address, which will be used as your user name, and a password for security purposes. Alternatively, you may sign up (and log in) using Facebook or Google. Where you choose to do this, their terms and policies will apply and certain information on your Facebook or Google profiles will be shared with our website. Certain information about your use of our website may also be shared with Facebook or Google where you select the relevant options. To purchase access to the tests, you will need to possess a credit/debit card of the type shown on the website. We do not accept bank or money transfers. For the purpose of purchasing you have to provide all requested information (such as your address, country of residence, etc.) and you will be held liable for the correctness of that information.
There are three different types of tests: numerical, abstract and verbal. Details of the tests and prices are indicated on the website and are valid at the time of your order. The prices of tests vary depending on the type of tests. Prices are established and payable in EUR. Prices for private persons domiciled in the EU or Russia are inclusive of VAT. Prices for customers domiciled outside of the EU or Russia are exclusive of VAT. You can order the desired content according to the ordering process outlined on the website. You can purchase minimum 50 questions from numerical and abstract tests, and minimum of 25 questions from verbal tests, if you are buying single tests. After this minimum you can buy further questions in batches of 5. You can also choose to buy ‘packages’ which contain all three types of tests. The number of questions in packages are always outlined next to the ‘package’. The maximum number of test questions you can buy at once is always displayed on Prices page under ‘Questions’. You will automatically receive an email (notification) confirming your order/payment and the invoice after purchasing. The contract between us comes into being when the notification is sent back to you. The contract will be stored in our online system, which will be available afterwards.
Using the purchased content: You will need a stable internet connection (LAN, wifi, mobile data, etc.) to access and use the purchased content. Purchased content is made available automatically after successful payment confirmation within a couple of minutes under My Account/My Purchase menu. Under My Purchases you can anytime see the history of all your purchases with some relevant information: the type of tests you bought, the date, price and order ID. You can access My Account page immediately after registration/login.
You can access your purchased tests unlimitedly under My Account/My Tests menu. You can retake the test questions without limitations and you will be able to see your best result of retaken tests.
We do not offer any content on the website that is delivered in the form of physical shipment or downloadable form. You can access the purchased content anytime and as many times as needed, however you can use it only online, in real-time by logging in to your account.
Credit card transactions on the website are handled by third party payment service provider, Borgun payment services. All your confidential credit card data is gathered, stored and handled by the payment provider, Reasoningtestsonline does not handle any payment transactions and does not store or has access to your credit card data. The payment service provider does its best to make payment transactions as secure as possible. Reasoningtestsonline cannot be held liable for the safety and other related issues of credit card processing or other payment methods.
According to the detailed rules concerning contracts between consumers and businesses 45/2014. (. II.26). Under Section 29 of Government Decree, the user is not entitled (1) m) of the right of withdrawal in respect of digital data content provided on non-portable media/data carrier, with regard to when the company began to provide the service with the consumer's expressed prior consent and the consumer expressed his/her acceptance of losing his/her right of withdrawal after beginning using the service.
Hereby you explicitly acknowledge that by starting to use any of the purchased content you will lose the right of withdrawal.
In case you are not able to use the purchased content because of non-resolvable technical problems for more than 72 hours we will refund the full costs of your purchase. Maintenance of the website and other events announced on the website at least 4 hours prior to the commencement of the planned event shall not qualify as non-resolvable technical problems.
For guarantee and warranty liabilities of the Service the Civil Code shall prevail, for warranty claim settlement the 19/2014. (IV. 29.) Regulation of the Ministry of Hungarian National Economy shall prevail.
Only voucher/discount codes provided by reasoningtestsonline can be used on the website in the time of purchase. Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Any unauthorized use is strictly forbidden. From time to time voucher or discount codes are provided by us which give certain degrees of discount for specific content. Codes may be provided at the time and manner advertised by us on the website, social media sites or may be granted by Reasoningtestsonline Customer Support (within Customer Support’s sole discretion). Voucher codes may have a validity period defined by Reasoningtestsonline. Valid Voucher code redemptions are handled during the purchase process, in the “Cart” section, and the discount is reflected in the total payable amount. The degree of discount and the time of validity might be different for each code.
